| Plants are carefully packed and shipped UPS. Surface UPS takes one to seven business days in transit, while 3 Day Select takes three. Shipping cost is $9.75 per item for surface UPS or $19.50 per item for UPS 3 Day Select. The shipping cost on some larger plants is slightly higher. We show the cost on those items in the plant descriptions. We reserve the right to substitute US Priority Mail or FedEx for UPS. |
| Orders placed online will receive email confirmation. There is usually a delay of one to three weeks, longer in the Spring, between our receiving and shipping an order. |
| Shipping to AR,AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA requires that we obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate* which costs you $25 for an order of any size. WE DO NOT SHIP TO HI OR AK. Use 3 Day Select for shipment west of the Mississippi, and in extreme heat or cold. P.O. Box holders: UPS requires a street address for delivery. |

A Phytosanitary Certificate is issued after an agricultural inspector attests that a plant shipment is pest free and specifically free of Gypsy moth and Japanese beetles in all forms. This requires that we make an appointment with the inspector so that he might visit and inspect the shipment. |
