| Plants are carefully packed and shipped UPS. Surface UPS takes one to seven business days in transit, while 3 Day Select takes three. Shipping cost is $8.00 per item for surface UPS or $14.00 per item for UPS 3 Day Select. We reserve the right to substitute US Priority Mail or FedEx for UPS. |

| Shipping to AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA requires that we obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate* which costs you $25 for an order of any size. WE DO NOT SHIP TO HI. Use 3 Day Select for shipment west of the Mississippi, and in extreme heat or cold. P.O. Box holders: UPS requires a street address for delivery. |
| We guarantee satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, return the order for refund of the cost of the plants or replacement within thirty days of receipt. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, AMEX, Gift Certificates, money order or personal check. We will be pleased to reserve your order for later delivery, but must bill your credit card at the time you order. |
A Phytosanitary Certificate is issued after an agricultural inspector attests that a plant shipment is pest free and specifically free of Gypsy moth and Japanese beetles in all forms. This requires that we make an appointment with the inspector so that he might visit and inspect the shipment. |
